The home services company we wanted to call ourselves.
Fixed prices, arrival windows we keep, our own technicians and a warranty on every job. That is the whole idea.
Why we started
Anyone who has lived in Dubai knows the routine: a technician who says "after Asr", arrives the next day, quotes one price and charges another, and leaves the AC dripping again a week later. We started Level Up Home Services with two vans and an AC crew to do the opposite: say the price first, arrive when we said, fix it properly and stand behind the work.
Today around twenty technicians, a dispatch team and a small office cover seventeen areas of the city every day of the week. The principles have not changed.
How we work
- Price before work. Every booking shows the price for your home. Anything extra is written down and agreed before we touch it.
- Arrival windows we keep. Two-hour windows, a WhatsApp when the technician sets off, and the visit fee on us if we are more than 30 minutes late without warning you.
- Our own people. Every technician is employed, insured, background-checked, certified in their trade and trained on how we work in your home: shoe covers, drop sheets, cleaning up.
- A warranty that means something. 30 days on every job, 90 days on leak repairs and AC installation. Same fault again? We come back free.
How we use AI
The assistant on this website is an AI. It knows our price list and the live diary of every technician, so it can tell you what a job costs and book an open window when you say yes. It is told never to invent a price or a time, it is labelled as AI wherever it appears, and a person in our office is always one tap away. Inside the company, AI drafts replies, summaries and reports for our team; a person approves anything that goes to a customer.
In customers' words
Low water pressure in the shower turned out to be a scaled pressure valve. Nobody else had suggested it. Huge improvement.
Had a list of twelve small jobs that had piled up for a year. Vinod did all of them in one visit: curtain rails, shelves, a sticking door, two loose handles and the bathroom silicone.
Rajesh came within the window, laid sheets under every unit and left the place cleaner than he found it. Bedroom AC had been dripping for weeks; he flushed the drain line and it stopped.
