Questions about plans
What is an annual maintenance contract?
A yearly plan that covers scheduled preventive visits (AC servicing, plumbing and electrical checks) plus call-outs when something breaks, for one fixed price. It is the usual way Dubai landlords and families keep a home running without surprise bills.
Are parts included?
Labour and consumables are included in every plan. Parts are charged at cost with the plan discount shown in the comparison table; Premium includes parts up to AED 500 per call-out.
Can I pay monthly or quarterly?
Yes. Plans can be paid yearly, or quarterly at the same total. The first scheduled visit is booked when you sign up.
What happens when the plan ends?
We remind you 30 days before the end date with a summary of the year's visits. Renew in one tap or let it lapse; there is no automatic renewal unless you choose it.
Is a plan worth it for a rented home?
Tenants often take Essential for AC servicing and quick fixes; landlords usually take Plus or Premium so tenants call us directly and repairs are handled within the agreed limit.
