About our prices
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on this site includes 5% VAT. Your invoice shows the VAT separately.
Is there a call-out charge?
Not for booked jobs: the price covers the visit. Emergency call-outs outside 07:00 to 22:00 carry a fixed AED 149 emergency fee, which is shown before you confirm.
What if the job takes longer than expected?
For fixed-price services the price does not change with time. For hourly services (home cleaning, handyman by the hour) the booking shows the hours you chose; extra time is only added if you ask for more work.
