Our crews of two to four cleaners arrive with everything: professional degreasers and descalers, steam cleaners for grout and hobs, microfibre systems, telescopic poles, a vacuum with HEPA filtration and all the cloths and consumables. Products are chosen to be safe for homes with children and pets, and we can use fragrance-free products on request.
Every deep clean follows our 84-point checklist, and the team leader walks the home with you at the end. In Dubai, the balcony and the window tracks matter: fine sand collects in every slide and corner, and we vacuum and wash them out rather than just wiping over.
Our 48-hour promise is simple. If anything on the checklist was missed, tell us within two days and we come back to put it right at no cost.
A deep clean is not the same as a regular clean. It reaches the places weekly cleaning skips: inside the oven and fridge, extractor hoods, grout lines, limescale on taps and glass, window tracks, skirting boards, light switches, cupboard interiors and behind movable furniture. For a typical 2-bedroom apartment a team of two or three works for most of a day; villas take longer. We bring all equipment and products, ask about pets and allergies before choosing them, and finish with a walk-through so you can point out anything you want redone on the spot.
Deep clean or regular clean?
A regular clean keeps a home tidy week to week. A deep clean resets it, reaching the build-up that regular cleaning skips. Most households book a deep clean two to four times a year and a regular cleaner in between.
What we need from you
Running water and electricity, access to every room, and valuables put away. You do not need to be home for the whole clean, but we ask you to join the final walk-through or nominate someone who can.
