Our AC service is a proper clean and check, not a quick filter rinse. The technician removes and washes the filters, cleans the evaporator coil and the blower wheel, flushes the condensate drain so water does not leak onto your walls, and checks the outdoor unit for blocked fins and loose connections. We measure the gas pressure and the temperature drop across the coil, so you know the unit is cooling the way it should, and we tell you straight away if anything needs attention.
You get a short digital report after the visit with photos of what we found, the readings we took and any advice. If we find a fault, we explain it and quote before doing anything else. Nothing extra is ever added without your yes.
We recommend two services a year for most apartments and villas: one in March or April before the heat arrives, and one in October or November after the long summer. Homes with pets, building work nearby or a lot of sand on the balcony benefit from three.
To prepare, clear a little space under each indoor unit and tell us how many units you have and where the outdoor units sit. Afterwards you will get a short report on WhatsApp listing each unit, what was cleaned and anything that needs attention later, so you can plan rather than react.
Why Dubai ACs need more care
Fine dust and high humidity are the two enemies of an air conditioner here. Dust settles on the coil and acts like a blanket, so the unit runs longer to reach the same temperature. Humidity creates water that has to drain away; when the drain line clogs with slime, water drips down your wall or ceiling. A regular service deals with both before they turn into a repair.
Service or chemical clean?
A standard service suits units cleaned in the last year. If the coil has not been touched for longer, smells musty or the blower is black with dirt, we recommend a deep chemical clean, where the indoor unit is partly dismantled and washed with coil cleaner. Your technician will tell you on site which one your unit needs and the price difference before starting.
